  • Good verbal / written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users and co-workers.
  • Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handling
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
  • Good experience in customer / partner / technical service related roles
  • Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience
  • Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience
  • Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
  • Application Packaging and Re-packaging services
  • MSIX based application packages for new apps
  • Provisioning and De-provisioning
  • Autopilot based device Provisioning
