The role of a Digital Asset Specialist at SysMind Tech involves creating and maintaining workstation images for use across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Windows 10 Autopilot deployment Profiles and Configure the out of the box experience settings, regional settings
- Test and update images to ensure that they meet the needs of end-users
- Troubleshoot issues related to workstation images
- Develop and maintain documentation related to workstation image management
- Work with end-users to identify their needs and ensure that images meet those needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands on Power shell Script Knowledge
- Experience in implementing and engineering Intune, MECM, CMG & CDP
- Proactively ensure client devices are not vulnerable, and are updated with the latest security patches and antivirus definitions
- ITIL Certification
