What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embedded Engineer position at SysMind Tech?

Collaborate with the development teams to define and maintain the processes as well as process assets (templates, checklists, procedures, etc).

Responsible for maintaining the process assets up to date with the latest industry standards.

Drive the process compliance and ensure development teams are adhering to internal standards.

Lead cross-functional teams in contributing to the software development to define and maintain the Software processes and standards.

Understand the process landscape across various platforms and suggest improvement recommendations.

Monitor current processes and drive improvements / corrections based on findings.

Analyze and identify the process risks and define the process improvement needs.

Provide constant reporting to Management on the results and risks associated with assessment findings.

Support strategic planning and roadmap with Software development teams for ASPICE Level 2 compliance.

Lead Process Institutionalization

Establish and maintain strong rapport and trust with development teams and other organization stakeholder.

Performing integrated ASPICE and functional safety assessments

Support strategic planning and roadmap development for ASPICE Level 2

Monitor current processes and drive improvements / corrections based on findings

EIS : Embedded Software / Firmware Development
