  • Collaborate with the development teams to define and maintain the processes as well as process assets (templates, checklists, procedures, etc).
  • Responsible for maintaining the process assets up to date with the latest industry standards.
  • Drive the process compliance and ensure development teams are adhering to internal standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in contributing to the software development to define and maintain the Software processes and standards.
  • Understand the process landscape across various platforms and suggest improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor current processes and drive improvements / corrections based on findings.
  • Analyze and identify the process risks and define the process improvement needs.
  • Provide constant reporting to Management on the results and risks associated with assessment findings.
  • Support strategic planning and roadmap with Software development teams for ASPICE Level 2 compliance.
  • Lead Process Institutionalization
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport and trust with development teams and other organization stakeholder.
  • Performing integrated ASPICE and functional safety assessments
  • Support strategic planning and roadmap development for ASPICE Level 2
  • Monitor current processes and drive improvements / corrections based on findings
