Enterprise Data Science Platform Onsite Lead
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team) :
- Senior software engineer who will be RunOps lead for Enterprise Data Science platform
- Able to response promptly to end user query / concerns
- Efficient in communication and resolving issues
- Closely connected with Product owner and align the work as per priority / severity
- Regular communication and sync up with offshore team
- Quick learner on new technologies and need to gather knowledge of end to end platform features
- Well acquaintance on operational and cost reporting
- Create and update SOP and Work Instructions as per enterprise guidance
