Key Responsibilities :
- ERP Development & Customization :
Develop and customize ERP modules, functionality, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
Integrate ERP systems with other business applications (CRM, SCM, BI tools, etc.) and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and support for ERP users across the organization.
Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
Develop technical documentation, user guides, and provide training to users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, stability, and scalability.
