Hours : ALL GOVERNMENT POSITIONS LIMIT WORK WEEK TO BE 35 - 40 HOURS.
THIS POSITION WILL ALLOW 35.00 - HOURS PER WEEK. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT OVERTIME WILL BE ALLOWED.

Job Description : SCOPE OF SERVICES
OTI - Specialist GIS SME
- Manage and oversee the execution and delivery of geospatial data for NG911 Class 3 .
- Develop a sustainable workflow for authorizing and updating map tiles and PSAP boundaries.
- Enforce NG911 GIS compliance with industry standards from NENA and APCO, encompassing the complete workflow from LVF / ECRF creation to Call Handling.
- Provide test cases and identifying risks associated with Geospatial System integration into the NG911 system.
- Develop a sustainable workflow for packaging and delivering City Street and Centerline (CSCL), Automated Location Information (ALI), and Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) data to the Class 3 NG911 subsystem.
- Validate test results for GIS components of the NG9-1-1 system during SAT and SIT, review applicable architectural flows, and compare with raw test results to ensure the system behaves as expected.
