Job Title:
Engineering MECM Platform with Modern Device Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Windows 10 Autopilot deployment Profiles and Configure the out of the box experience settings, regional settings
- Enroll and deploy assets via Autopilot
- Maintain workstation images for use across the organization
- Test and update images to ensure that they meet the needs of end-users
- Troubleshoot issues related to workstation images
Technical Skills:
- Hands on Power shell Script Knowledge
- Familiarity with tools such as Remote Management, Remedy / Service Now
- Experience with Intune, MECM, CMG, CDP
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with IT to ensure that all images are up to date and meet security requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to workstation image management
- Support data back and transfer activities for users during Break-fix, migration and refresh with utmost care and accuracy
Soft Skills:
- Flexible to adapt to the TCS work culture
- Good Team player to work collaboratively with other team members
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvements in process, service delivery, technology, customer satisfaction and effort & cost optimization
- Good Customer/Vendor handling skills
Certifications:
- ITIL Certification
