What are the responsibilities and job description for the Incident Manager position at SysMind Tech?
Serve as the primary point of contact for all major incidents and coordinate the incident response process from initiation to resolution.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during incident response efforts, including IT, operations, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
