Technical / Functional Skills Cisco Network Voice Over IP and Cloud Contact Center Technology
Experience Required Cisco Network Voice (IP Telephony)
Experience in Five9 Implementation, migration and maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities 1) Five9 Cloud Contact Center migration and maintenance
2) Administering and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication Infrastructure such as Call Managers and Unity Connection
3) Design and implement Cisco Call Manager platform / new site deployment
4) Level 3 Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting Cisco VoIP devices like Gateways, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Cisco SBC (Session Border Controller), Call Manager Express, Unity Express, Analog Gateways
5) Administering and troubleshooting Voice Teleconferencing Systems like Cisco VCS, TMS and Expressways
6) Level 3 expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE)
7) Good understanding and knowledge on ESXi / Unified Computing System (UCS) Servers
8) Debugging and troubleshooting experience on Voice protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP, ISDN, RTP). Basic Knowledge of Routing, Switching and QoS
9) Good coordination skill with various vendors and Service Providers
10) Provides root-cause analysis, contributes to the knowledge base, and provides recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology
11) Should possess very good oral, written communication skills and good understanding of ITIL process
