Network Knowledge (CCNA) OR Equivalent experience.
Technical writing of support documentation Proficient written and verbal communication skills Troubleshooting of complex problems.
Network support Technical Writing Proven track record with supporting and interacting with customers, vendors, suppliers and internal support teams

Work with the Client's Cloud Network Delivery team to understand functional and technical requirements to support a global, scalable, low-latency, high-performance network.
Assist with project related engineering and support work, understand and learn technologies such as Terraform, Google Cloud API, Golang as needed to support objectives.
Participate in formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions with other Client Service teams to better align with and create technical documentation for L1 / L2 / L3 support.
Work with the Client's cloud network service team and management to provide ongoing network optimization recommendations, regular status updates, and align to timeline and deliverable requirements.
Attend and drive L4 technical support calls with customers and vendors to track down root causes and determine solutions.
Document all levels of support information for cloud network services. Coordinate with systems integrator(s), Client's skilled resources, Site IT Management.
Review and analyze various vendor solutions.
Work at the direction of the Client's prioritized backlog.
Provide client team feedback and analysis on network initiatives.
Prepare to be able to maintain IaC.
Share technical solutions and product ideas with the team.
