- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional role (4 Years)
- Basic debugging knowledge for App Engine, SQR
- BI Publisher Reports Non-Technical :
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
- Project Management / Scrum Master Experience

1 Analyze the requirements
2 Perform mapping exercise to develop file based interface
3 Perform implementation in PeopleSoft system. Uses advanced applications programming concepts and organization objectives to resolve highly complex issues.
4 Unit, system and integration system. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
5 Production support
6 Run Payroll jobs
7 Triage with FCA infrastructure team as needed
8 Support integration launches
9 Continuous improvement, implement business aligned metrics
