What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Testing position at SysMind Tech?
Job Description
- 5 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
- Analyze the platform changes and identify the performance impacts by closly working with the technical teams.
- Review Solution and Desing and predict the potential performance problems (Performance engineering approach)
- Develop and update the existing performance scripts based on the impact.
- Work with functional QA team to understand the journeys impacted to consider for performance scope.
- Develop and execute performance test plans allowing multiple iterations of performance testing in a release window.
- Plan execute performance testing including load, stress, volume, and endurance tests.
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Work with technical teams to replicate and troubleshoot the performance issues in order to find a fix.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Pro-actively monitors the application performance, flag the issues and get them addressed quickly before this turning into a P1.
- Keep track of the resource utilization by each release and ensure the performance SLAs are not breached.Skills required :
- Proven track record in delivering performance test solutions using JMeter and / Load Runner.
- Proficiency in Advanced JMeter.
- Datadog monitoring tool with at least 2 years.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Capability to differentiate between client-side and server-side performance.
- Strong collaboration skills with the relevant teams to quickly resolve performance bottlenecks.
