Requirement :
- Candidate should passionate about using data and analytics to drive business decisions with statistical analysis, decision models and algorithms.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, insights that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and results to stakeholders.
- Uses data and business analysis techniques to support completion of requests related to retail contact center or sales related business questions.
- Gathers demand and requirements for dashboard and works cross functionally with other team members (e.g. Product management, Data engineering, Data Science) to drive the delivery of dashboard 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- 5 years of experience in SQL (primarily Teradata, Bigquery / GCP will be a bonus), Excel macros (VBA)".
- 1 year or more of experience in one or more of the following; Data Visualization using power BI, Python for data analysis, Communicating Technical Information across cross-functional teams.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving data discrepencies
- Storytelling "Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, the physical sciences, computer science, or similar field with quantitative rigor.
- 2 years or more experience in computer programming, SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel macros (VBA)Experience in contact center and / or sales data in retail domain.
