Test Method Validation knowledge
Statistical understanding

Knowledge of running tests and software validations
5 years of experience working in test engineering role.
Should have been involved in creating the test method and running the tests.
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and preclinical tests.
Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills for customer interactions.
Experience with working as a part of project delivery team.
Experience is medical device industry and robotic platforms will be an added advantage
Running various benchtop and tissue tests on medical devices.
Creating a new test method for a new or existing requirement.
Performing Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) analyses on test methods
Ability to design, perform, and interpret GR&Rs
Ability to make changes to the existing test method, fixtures etc. to achieve the goals.
Analyze test data using statistical methods and write Engineering reports.
Run various software validations.
Ability to perform mechanical, electrical / electronics, and preclinical tests.
Performing Test Method Validation (TMV) on various test methods
Knowledgeable about the design, documentation, and validation work. Ability to write and review engineering documents.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes as needed.
Track project progress and report regularly to senior management.
Work within a multi-discipline team, consisting of the R&D Development Group, Marketing, Quality, Operations
Communication across multiple different teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Provide technical support and training to other relevant personnel.A Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent). An Advanced Degree in a related field is an asset.
