QA Tester Responsibilities :
- Understand, review, and analyze business requirement.
- Develop test plans to verify the functionality of software applications.
- Create test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Participate in test environment and necessary test data preparation.
- Perform manual functional and regression test execution.
- Report and document defects, issues and test results clearly and accurately using software
- testing tool.
- Identify defects and work with developers to resolve them.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle.
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives
- QA Tester Requirements and skills :
- Completed an Undergrad / bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or Information
- Technology or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Automation testing skill is desirable.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is
- delivered on time.
- Comprehensive knowledge of testing tools, Azure DevOps preferrable.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to deliver high quality software.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and analytically.
- Good problem solving and organization skills.
- Certification in software testing such as ISTQB is a plus.
