Title : Salesforce Administrator

Location : Renton, WA (Hybrid onsite)

Full Time Permeant / FTE

Job Description :

  • Overall 7 yrs. Of Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Salesforce CRM experience and Service Cloud primarily
  • Salesforce Certifications required
  • Previous experience building good practices, governance in Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Skills / Qualification

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce declarative programming.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and support to Team Leads.
  • Experience with Gear set and Own Backup
  • Knowledge about Apex programming language and Data loader would be an additional
  • advantage
  • Experience working with Sales cloud, Service cloud, Marketing cloud, Community cloud
