Job Description :
Looking for SAP Project Manager of experience around 15 years who have managed S4 HANA implementation, managed Roll outs, Executive stakeholder management.
Experience of 3-5 full SAP life cycle implementation projects experience. PMP certification is preferred with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency required in, but not limited to, the following areas of Project Management : Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Close
- PMP certified
- 3-5 full SAP life cycle implementation projects experience
- Have managed BI projects in the past
- Plans, monitors and controls project activities, proactively to maximize cash flow.
- Understands critical path scheduling and assures a minimum but sufficient project float.
- Actively strives to optimize overall resource planning and utilization considering resources within the local organization.
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good familiarity with business Process relating to manufacturing Industry.
- Risk and Issue management
- Strong team leading skills and excellent people management skills is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gel with client, users and team members
- Ability to lead multiple projects at same time in an onsite-offshore model
- Responsible for the facilitation and management of assigned projects with a focus on Business Intelligence and Business Analytics
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measures project performance reports and escalates to management as needed
- Successfully manages the relationship with project resources, clients, vendors, and all stakeholders. Performs risk management to minimize project risks
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace
- Experienced in working in a multivendor environment with a global team
