What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at SysMind Tech?
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the delivery of ZNA's mobile app from inception to completion, ensuring it meets quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Employ project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
- Facilitate the Scrum process, remove obstacles and ensure that the team follows the Agile principles and practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and coordinate activities across different teams and departments.
- Advocate for and enforce IT standards and best practices, ensuring that project deliverables are sustainable, scalable, and secure.
- Collaborate with the IT architecture and strategy teams to align project outcomes with the overall mobile app roadmap and business objectives.
- Manage project resources, including vendor contracts, to ensure efficient project delivery.
