Responsibilities :
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Developing and Maintaining / Supporting Applications.
- Trouble shoot and diagnose customer issues, documenting recreating steps.
- Design and development of N- Tier applications using MVC, VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle, db2, Mongo DB.
- Drive code reviews, enforce standards and best practices for application support and maintenance.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding of new technical staff.
- Following best practice secure coding guidelines, such as OWASP, the team's coding standards.
- Integrate Third-Party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture for scalability and flexibility.
- Implement change requests for small to medium functional modifications or enhancements to Legacy Applications.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
- Working directly with end users to create effective solutions.
- Working on cloud capabilities including monitoring, software updating, and management of product line.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders.
