The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as an agile coach in large-enterprise environments, with a proven track record of successfully coaching leadership teams, executives, line managers, delivery teams, and individuals within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate transformation across multiple markets and geographies, leveraging expertise in facilitation and training to drive organizational change.
- Maintain certifications such as CTI, ICF, Scrum Alliance, or SAFe, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- At least 10 years of experience as an agile coach in large-enterprise environments.
- Proven experience operating in a global role across multiple markets and geographies.
- A strong understanding of agile methodology and its application in marketing organizations.
What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $140,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
