About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Unica Modernization Specialist to join our team at SysMind Tech. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge marketing automation solutions using Unica Campaign.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless migration of on-premise Unica installations to cloud-based environments, as well as providing top-notch support for existing clients. To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Unica Campaign, Interact support activities, and SQL/Oracle.
You will work closely with various teams to resolve mission-critical issues and ensure the smooth operation of production environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Migrate Unica installations from on-premise to cloud-based environments (AWS)
