Job Summary:

You will be entirely responsible for the growth of clients and the delivery of services. This encompasses overseeing delivery and recruitment, managing accounts, ensuring adherence to processes, facilitating onboarding, and overseeing performance, in addition to other duties. You will spearhead specialized delivery teams made up of recruitment managers, account managers, and recruiters, with a significant focus on coverage, speed, quality, and compliance.

You will use your knowledge to build strong relationships with important stakeholders. You will oversee financial metrics like revenue growth, gross margin growth, and headcount growth, as well as client satisfaction metrics such as client scorecards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities:

• Achieve business and operational targets for your assigned client portfolio.
• Manage recruitment teams and collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Drive the implementation and execution of effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop robust sourcing and screening strategies for core skill sets.
• Manage and guide recruiting teams in sourcing top talent and building robust talent pipelines.
• Conduct team capacity planning and analysis.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client contributors and proactively identify lateral opportunities within client organizations.
• Execute daily tasks, including conducting daily huddles to communicate and prioritize client requirements with internal delivery teams, manage client transactions, participate in requirement spotlight calls, oversee coverage management, conduct interview preparations and debriefs, and manage offer closings.
• Address and resolve all delivery and client issues promptly.
• Develop and manage team KPIs and SLAs, and submit comprehensive weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Develop and implement action items to drive production and quality improvements.
• Represent SysMind at Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Some experience in delivery/recruiting management, specifically within the Technical (IT) skill category would be a plus.
• Proven track record of supporting high-volume, fast-paced contingent workforce programs for large enterprise clients nationwide or regional mid-market clients.
• Experience collaborating with geographically diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Strong IT orientation with a comprehensive understanding of various technologies.
• Proficient in research and analytical skills using spreadsheets.
• Exceptional comprehension, communication, interpersonal, writing, and editing skills.
• High-energy individual with a strong sense of ownership.
• Dedication to continuous improvement.
• Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus (not required).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
