As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a dynamic and results-driven Director Business Development Alliances to our team. This role is crucial in expanding SysMind's client base and securing new business relationships that will drive revenue growth. 

 


Job Summary 


As a Director Business Development Alliances , you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients and logos for SysMind. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that focus on expanding our service offerings and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and the overall success of SysMind. 

 


Responsibilities: 


  • Identify and target potential clients within industry (IT consulting, staffing, and technology solutions). 
  • Generate new business opportunities through their current book of business, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events. 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries. 
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively showcasing SysMind's services. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client solutions and maintain strong client satisfaction. 
  • Work closely with senior management to set goals and establish strategies for business development and market expansion. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes. 
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including negotiating contracts and closing deals. 
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technology solutions, and client needs. 
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs.  

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • IT Services Sales or Staffing Services Sales 
  • Expertise & strong understanding of Direct/MSP/VMS client implementations. 
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is essential. 
  • Strong knowledge of the IT consulting and staffing market, including trends and key players. 
  • Track record of acquiring new clients, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams. 
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.  
  • Experience in project management is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events (if applicable). 
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish or Portuguese).
