Description
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join us and support our US based sales team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in one or more of the areas of network, cybersecurity and cloud managed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be key.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for business development activities and maintaining commercial awareness to drive growth and profitability for our organization
Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both online and face-to-face.
Prepare and present product proposals and responses to PQQs, RFIs and RFPs.
Respond to technical and functional product/ service queries during the sales process.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure coordination and smooth execution of sales processes.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver business development presentations to prospective clients.
Stay up to date with product developments and updates.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company’s solutions.
