SysTech Automotive is continuing to grow and looking for a enthusiastic and professional Service Writer . Candidate must have prior Service Writer / Advisor experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and answer phones
  • Schedule and monitor appointments
  • Obtain vehicle and customer information
  • Complete repair orders
  • Clearly annotate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms
  • Determine and explain vehicle maintenance scheduled services
  • Review and manage inventory
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

    • Experience Required :

  • 1 year Customer service experience
  • Ability to manage customers, scheduling, parts, part returns, equipment maintenance, etc.

    • Experience Preferred :

  • 2 year Customer service experience
  • 1 year of automotive industry experience
  • College degree or equivalent

    • Salary / Wage :

  • Competitive based upon experience plus weekly incentive programs
