What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Systellar Technologies?
Job Title : Project Manager
Location : Snata Rosa, CA ( On Site )
The onsite PM shall:
1. Establish a project governance structure for effective project management of PFAS program from onsite.
2. Plan the project activities and ensure effective resource utilization ensuring operational efficiency and overall project performance.
3. Involve in day to day team meetings and drive the action items.
4. Actively participate in project discussions with client stakeholders and provide inputs/solutions as necessary.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish parameters for supplier assessment
6. Able to understand Enterprise level data and understand supplier responses to survey campaigns.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality and performance metrics for suppliers.
8. Represent the company in supplier quality-related meetings and discussions.
9. Manage onsite TEL team across all onsite locations for entire PFAS program.
10. Work closely with client PMOs to drive the program effectively.
11. Plan, facilitate, organize and drive workshops with client cross-functional teams as and when necessary to address challenges/risks of the program proactively and foster collaboration with various OU stakeholders.
12. Prepare dashboards and present program health status periodically and identify the risks related to the project.
13. Design and track various program performance KPIs.
14. As a part of continual improvement, identify opportunities of process improvement (Automation, AI etc.) and facilitate implementation.
15. Proactively identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
16. Build and improve team efficiency from time to time by effective sharing and implementing the learnings from the project execution.
17. Identify the best practices within the projects and ensure its implementation throughout the program by facilitating communication and collaboration with the team members.
18. Drive huddle meetings (onsite-offshore sync ups) to identify risks and challenges proactively and provide timely solutions.
19. Train, mentor and set individual goals for onsite team in alignment with organizational goals.
20. Any other tasks as deemed necessary based on the requirements.
Requirements – should have:
1. A Masters Degree in Engineering, Biosciences with minimum 8 years of experience.
2. Hands-on experience and proven track record in managing multi-site projects as a project/program manager in Medical device industry.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations involving cross functional collaboration.
4. Experience handling multi-cultural teams
5. Local of Santa Rosa, CA or ready for relocation as the position demands to be at onsite – no remote option available.

- Experience handling complex and dynamic projects involving multiple sites, business units, internal and external stakeholders etc. which require strong acumen to overcome challenges through innovative solutions.
