Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, creates, modifies and deactivates accounts for a variety of IS systems including Active Directory, Epic, Lawson and others. Provides support for access-related issues.
Qualifications
Education : Associate’s degree in computer science, healthcare informatics or related field, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience :
- At least one year of experience in IT computer systems.
- At least one year of experience with administration of Microsoft Active Directory objects including the addition, modification, deletion and configuration of user and group objects.
- Prior experience provisioning user accounts in Lawson and Epic Hyperspace preferred.
- Familiarity with access-related compliance standards for regulatory requirements and agencies such as HIPAA and JCACO.
- Experience using remote control tools (SMS, others) to remotely resolve customer issues.
- Experience working with an IT service management ticketing system strongly preferred.
- Experience with computerized healthcare systems preferred.
