Job Title : Controls Engineer
Location : On-Site, Manassas, VA
Schedule : Regular schedule, 8 hrs / day, 5 days / week
Overview :
We are seeking a highly qualified Control Engineer with expertise in industrial automation and IIoT systems to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in machine controls, PLC programming, IIoT platforms, and integration across multiple automation systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, program, and configure machine controllers (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff).
- Integrate Robots , Cobots , IMRs , and AGVs with IIoT platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex communication issues between machines, PLCs, and IIoT systems.
- Manage and execute IIoT projects, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Create technical documentation, including system designs, integration plans, and user manuals.
