Job Title : Financial Analyst / Finance Manager - Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing team. This role requires a strong focus on profit and loss (P&L) management, customer quoting, and advanced Excel modeling to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis within the manufacturing industry and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain in-depth Excel models to support financial forecasts, pricing strategies, and cost optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to analyze customer requirements and prepare competitive and profitable customer quotes.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Conduct scenario analysis and what-if modeling to assess the financial impact of operational changes or customer demands.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial performance with company goals and provide insights into key business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
