Job Title : Forklift Operator (Front-End Loader)

Location : Odessa, Texas 79766

Duration : Immediate Need (Temp-to-Perm)

Details :

Our client is seeking four Forklift Operators to join their growing team in West Texas! The company is super busy, and there's an immediate need for skilled operators.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate front-end loader to handle drill pipe connections
  • Work in various shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work extended hours (7 am - 8 pm / 9 pm) and weekends
  • Perform tasks efficiently, ensuring safety and productivity

Requirements :

  • Front-end loader certification required
  • Knowledge of drill pipe connections is a must
  • Ability to work long hours (OT 40-60 hours, average 120 hrs / week)
  • Must pass Drug / Background check prior to starting

    • Pay :

  • 22 / hr-25 / hr
