Key Responsibilities Conduct assigned activities and transactions efficiently and accurately.Answer inquiries from participants, owners, applicants, and the general public professionally.Ensure compliance with nondiscrimination practices in all activities.Review applications and verify information to determine program eligibility.Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records while handling sensitive information confidentially.Perform data entry to update and maintain computer files.Coordinate with supervisors, managers, inspectors, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
