Job Opportunity : Maintenance Manager
System One is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead a Maintenance Department in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in driving facility and process improvements, managing major construction initiatives, and delivering strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with EPA, BRC, OSHA, FSMA, PSM, USDA, and all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Oversee quality, human and food safety, continuous improvement, and growth initiatives.
- Manage infrastructure, including support utilities and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Create and manage the annual maintenance budget, including indirect spending.
- Support all aspects of manufacturing and manage plant capital projects.
- Utilize department scorecards to control downtime and scrap, and manage overtime.
