What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nuclear NDE Level III Examiner position at System One Holdings, LLC?
System One has an exciting opportunity for an Nuclear NDE Level III Examiner. This is a full-time, direct position in Huntersville, NC.
This position requires an individual who has industry experience and has secured and maintained a NDE certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) . Additional training and / or certification in other methods may be provided to satisfy core competencies and meet customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Can set up and calibrate equipment, conduct inspections according to procedures, interpret, evaluate, and document results in all the testing method(s) utilized by the certificate holder
- Has a strong understanding of the basic physical NDE principles and processes and is competent in advanced technologies
- Capable of hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical issues
- Capable of contributing to the continuous improvement of in-house NDE testing tools and software
- Participates in business development by identifying project opportunities and providing technical insights
- Willingness to accept extensive travel assignments; receptive to extended work hours / days / weeks
