We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Scientist in Protein Engineering to contribute to the development of innovative antibody-based therapeutics. This is an exciting opportunity for a Ph.D. scientist with expertise in antibody and protein engineering to join a collaborative team in advancing cutting-edge research. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the design, production, and evaluation of bi-specific and multi-specific antibodies, as well as participate in a variety of cell and molecular biology techniques. Your work will contribute directly to advancing new therapeutic solutions with a focus on viral delivery and antibody engineering.
Requirements :
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, virology or a related field and 0-5 years of relevant experience, or an BS / MS with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in antibody and or protein engineering, research accomplishments
- FACS and or DNA cloning

JOB SUMMARY
Provide optimum advanced engineering solutions and strategies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within Jabil Circuit by harnessing new technologies and business strategies in the areas of people, materials, equipment, systems and information. Provide exceptional support to external and internal customers, team members, and other shareholders through project coordination and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Lead Engineering projects, in conjunction with the Customer roadmap and Jabil business plan.Provide tangible deliverables from all project work performed for use / reference by Jabil manufacturing, business development, potential and current customers, and Jabil employee intranet.Assist Global and Plant Quality teams to perform DOE, Process Capability, Gage R&R studies.Conduct, train and lead Process Flow Optimization projects utilizing Work Measurement, Simulation and other tools.Drive site representatives involved in continuous improvement strategies and projects.Customer interaction for tours, strategies, audits and any other customer related activities.Attend seminars and conferences associated with relevant manufacturing topics.Create and organize appropriate documentation and records - plant / workplace layouts, work measurement database, downtime database, process flow charts, etc.Manage worldwide product and plant transfer and integration.Provide documented tangible deliverables from all project work performed for use / reference by Jabil manufacturing, business development, potential and current customers, and Jabil employee intranet.Participate in two industry recognized professional organizations - IIE if in the area.Interface effectively with other Jabil groups, external customers, and technology peer groups in the industry.Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies. Responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines. Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process / access.Treatment :
Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight and perform vascular access evaluation pre- treatmentInitiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy.Obtain vital signs prior to reinfusion; perform all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment - document.Discontinue dialysis treatment according to established procedures and evaluate patient prior to termination of venous access - standing & sitting blood pressureObtain Hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.Evaluate the patient prior to discharge.Perform and record Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs with initial identificationResponsible for calculating and entry of individual patients' dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; and UF modeling as prescribed.Responsible for ensuring appropriate safety alarms are enabled, including Narrow Venous Limits, (NVL) 160.Record accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet with initial identificationResponsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment including completion of Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and, if applicable, progress notes.Report any significant information and / or change in patient condition directly to the registered nurse or supervisor.Observe patient and conduct machine safety checks according to facility policy.
