Duties and Responsibilities:
- Structural analysis and design for power plant systems and components using specialized software.
- Immediate solutions to structural issues in various project phases.
- On-site assessments and collaboration with field teams to address critical structural concerns.
- Development and review of structural engineering documents.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and project specifications.
- Effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams to implement engineering solutions.
- Technical recommendations and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on power plants or similar facilities.
- Hands-on field experience is mandatory; experience in startup and shutdown scenarios is highly valued.
- Heavy industrial design expertise.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates without power plant experience will not be considered.
Compensation: $120-$180 per hour (plus per diem if applicable)
