As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, learning and understanding their equipment needs, and providing solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivers customer orders to Warehouse Associates/Manufacturing Technicians for fulfillment and explains orders to co-workers based on customer interactions/knowledge.
- Provides customer support by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers.
- Assists in inventory management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in account management or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including ERP management and MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
