*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH ( Strongsville ), Birmingham AL, Dallas TX ( Farmers Branch ), Phoenix AZ
API Governance Business Systems Analyst – we are not looking for software developers :
- Establish and maintain a central repository for API inventory management, including classification, ownership, and rating systems
- Develop and implement API governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Collect, catalog, classify and rank APIs used throughout corporate applications infrastructure
- Generate monthly metric reports on API compliance status for upper management
- Collaborate with application owners to develop and execute API compliance plans
- Monitor and evaluate APIs across different management platforms
- Provide comprehensive analysis of corporate API landscape and compliance status
- Create and maintain documentation for API governance processes and standards
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Experience with API management / API gateway platforms ( IBM API Connect, Google Apigee, IBM DataPower )
- Knowledge of enterprise API governance frameworks, management practices and compliance standards
- Experience in establishing and maintaining technical documentation repositories
