Requirements
- Must have experience developing application alerts, dashboards utilizing Dynatrace, CA APM/Broadcom APM
- Scripting experience with scripting languages using Groovy, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Linux/Unix shell scripting, and other programming languages
- Great communication (written and oral), presentation development, quick learning, self-motivated and independent
- Experience with visualization, and diagramming of applications
- Performance analysis, operation support and tuning experience for monitoring applications
Windows or Linux administration - Experience with monitoring needs for on-prem/cloud network infrastructure,
- Experience with automation, visualization, and diagramming applications
- Experience in integration of applications and application data
- Good understanding of management process frameworks, such as ITIL
- Monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor Network Performance and Network Configuration Manager, NetFlow and Spectrum
- Experience monitoring in Azure environment
- SNMPv3, v2c configuration and trap expertise
- TCP and other network protocols (BGP routing and other routing protocols) knowledge
