Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified call center candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
- Assist in employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma
- 3-6 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
