This individual is responsible for developing and enhancing medical professional relations with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of medical device product development.

Job Description:
The Clinical Product Specialist is responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with national, regional, and local medical practitioners and researchers within a specified territory. This individual is responsible for developing and enhancing medical professional relations with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of medical device product development.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as professional liaison to company user community
- Provide training of internal and field personnel on product knowledge and use of technical information in selling situations.
- Extract and interpret clinical studies, medical literature, and other scientific data with the ability to summarize and dispense to medical doctors upon request.
- Serve in a referral capacity to discuss technical issues with users and investigate discrepant results reports that cannot be managed by Technical Support personnel.
- Collect and report on new developments, emerging literature, market information and trends/changes in regenerative medicine.
- Provide continuing education to current customers/sales team around company products with the purpose of expanding their use.
- Monitor marketplace developments and impact on company competitive position for commercialization
- Represent company at major conventions, trade shows, medical conferences, CME programs and symposiums, to provide medical and scientific support to internal and external customers.
- Ensure adherence to Company compliance, policy, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director.
Education, Registration & Certification: RN, NP, PA, or other MS in Biology, Healthcare or Education
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Clinical or Scientific role preferred.
- Experience supporting medical devices and/or drugs, prior regenerative medicine or cell therapies experience preferred
- Candidate must understand compliance considerations and demonstrate ability to work compliantly in a field-based role, within the medical field, as well as across the commercial organization.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Spanish Speaking Preferred
