Job Description:
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal parts. This role requires expertise in custom programming, laser machine maintenance, and quality control to ensure all programming changes are executed accurately. The CNC Programmer will also collaborate with supervisors and other team members to optimize production efficiency and meet safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience programming and operating Trumpf and Amada CNC machines
- Proficiency in AP100 programming software
- Strong understanding of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, and machining procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain laser machines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework preferred
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
