Customer Care Advisor
Location: West Chester Township OH 45069
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and assisting with business growth. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product or service information. The position may be extended to cover additional needs in June.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone or in-person.

Develop positive relationships with customers and assess their needs.

Create and manage work orders in appropriate systems.

Provide status updates to customers as needed.

Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.

Process warranty claims and ensure accurate service documentation.

Utilize electronic service tools to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong computer skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.

Relevant work experience or specialized training in a customer service or technical support role.

Ability to use diagnostic equipment, including plugging into a truck’s 9-pin connector to capture downloads.
