Salary: $235,000-$255,000/year plus bonus
Overview:
Regulated manufacturing facility is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to join their team in leading and overseeing all GMP manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for specified business unit with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards
- Develop and implement manufacturing schedule, allocate labor and capital resources
- Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Work with cross functional operations managers to understand their current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as; assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10-15 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years in a management role
- FDA GMP regulation experience
- Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge
