Responsibilities:
- Estimate construction project requirements, including time, labor, materials, and production costs.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings in detail, identifying and submitting questions to project personnel as needed.
- Prepare and deliver accurate material and labor "take-off" information for review and approval.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for completeness of scope
Requirements:
- 5–9 years of experience with the ability to independently estimate projects from start to finish.
- Experience with PennBid or similar is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
