Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20 – $24/hour
Type: Contract, 6–8 weeks

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician for a short-term contract role lasting approximately 6–8 weeks. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly, troubleshooting, and testing, with proficiency in using electronic testing equipment such as multimeters. This position involves conducting a variety of tests to ensure electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts meet performance specifications or identifying the cause of failures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic assembly and troubleshoot electronic systems and components.
• Conduct functional performance tests on systems, subassemblies, and parts under varying environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, vibration, pressure, and humidity).
• Utilize electronic testing equipment, including multimeters, to measure voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, and capacitance.
• Calibrate testing instruments and analyze test data to identify defects or performance deviations.
• Replace defective wiring and components or tag units with identified issues for repair.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to refine testing procedures and resolve technical issues.
• Devise custom test setups for nonstandard or customer-returned units.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electronic assembly and testing.
• Proficiency with electronic testing equipment, including multimeters.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, schematics, and performance specifications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
