Responsibilities:
- This Forklift Operator position will be supporting our Warehousing operations for the technical center in Golden Valley.
- Duties include loading and unloading trucks, receiving and transferring ingredients, movement of pallets, disposal of materials and general customer service to our internal business teams.
- Majority of time will be spent on a forklift or in the warehouse, but this position will also be expected to help support the shipping operations and partner with our Logistics team in other areas as needed.
- This individual will be expected to have a strong safety focus and work closely with a team of other logistics employees.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree with at least 1 year of directly relatable forklift experience.
- Ability to lift and manipulate 55 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong work relationships.
- Highly organized self-starter with demonstrated initiative and flexibility.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Needs basic math skills, technical aptitude on Microsoft Suite applications and be adept to learning an inventory management system.
- Steel toe boots required (all other PPE will be provided by company)
