Genesys Cloud Engineer

- Design, develop, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flows including skills configuration, queue management, and routing logic
- Create and maintain email flows, routing rules, and data tables within the Genesys Cloud environment
- Develop and manage Application Programming Interface (API) integrations between Genesys Cloud and other PNC applications
- Collaborate with other team members to gather and analyze requirements
- Document user stories and technical specifications in Jira

 

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with Genesys Cloud platform development and configuration
- Demonstrated experience with IVR system development and call flow design
- Jira
- Java
