Handwork Assembler

Job Title: Assembler
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with OT as needed

 
Assembler Overview
Perform finishing tasks on completed mold sets to ensure accuracy and precision using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
 
Assembler Responsibilities

• Bench work with metalworking tools
• Sandblasting
• Forklift operation (certification or ability to obtain)
• Assemble tooling using bolting knowledge
• Inspect parts with measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Follow safety and ISO standards in all procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3 years trade school or 2 years technical college required
• Experience with industrial tooling, molds, and hand tools
• Preferred: Prior mechanical experience in industrial fabrication
• Proficient in reading safety rules and technical documents
• Basic math skills and MS Office proficiency
