Responsibilities
Master our product catalog to bridge communication between customers, field representatives, and internal teams
Conduct account reviews to uncover enhancement possibilities and suggest tailored solutions
Oversee customer support workflows, maintaining service excellence and key performance metrics
Expand revenue streams by showcasing offerings to the existing client base
Facilitate order fulfillment and provide backup to field sales personnel
Deliver professional representation through all customer touchpoints
Resolve client concerns through active listening, clear information exchange, and effective problem-solving
Requirements
1 yrs customer service proficiency
Background in sales support, account management, or comparable role
Superior interpersonal and client relations aptitude
Proven track record in persuasive communication
Self-motivated with strong collaborative capabilities
