Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products
- Create and follow up on self-generated leads
- Follow-up on all assigned perspective and active clients and report the status of the projects/action plan in the local CRM
- Listening to customers’ concerns / complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services
- Presenting customers/clients with additional information regarding new products and/or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Willingness to take on additional projects as requested.
- Strong work ethic
- Shows interest in the manufacturing medical device industry
- Experience related to sales, medical devices & terminology
- Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Punctual, hardworking, and works well in a constantly changing environment
- Takes direction well from management
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Biology or related field
- Experience in inside sales team, preferentially in medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry
- Good organizational skills
- Phone sales skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be in office daily
- Medical Professionals & Clinics – Dermatologists, orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and other specialists who use PRP and regenerative therapies for patient treatments.
- Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Clinics – Clinics offering PRP-based skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and other cosmetic procedures
- Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions – Facilities incorporating regenerative medicine in wound healing, pain management, and surgical recovery.
- Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Centers – Practitioners treating injuries and enhancing recovery for athletes using PRP therapies.
- Veterinarians – Some PRP products are used in animal healthcare for treating joint issues, wounds, and post-surgical recovery.
- Research Institutions & Universities – Organizations conducting clinical studies on regenerative medicine, PRP efficacy, and tissue engineering.
